This Tenant Guide contains important information about the apartment complex, including policies, common issues, maintenance procedures, community guidelines, rental payment instructions, and other resources to help make your stay as pleasant as possible. You will also find information to ensure a smooth transition at the end of your tenancy.
The Landlords have retained Lette Management Group as their property management company and representative to manage the complex. Therefore, we ask that you contact Lette Management Group directly for all necessary assistance. We have provided contact information here for you to easily access.
