Break ups are never easy, but we have everything you need right here to make the transition easier.

    • In accordance with your lease, the Landlord reserves the right to show your apartment to perspective tenants who meet all of our rental criteria and pass a background check.

    • Showings may be conducted within the last 60 days of your lease between the hours of 9:00 am and 9:00 pm, based on the rental agent and perspective tenant’s availability.

    • We aim to give our tenants a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to any showings. All requests will be made via email.

    • Failure to cooperate with showings of your apartment can result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit.

    • The apartment should be in clean and orderly condition for all showings. Pets must be crated or removed from the apartment.

    • Move out inspections are conducted Monday - Friday between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.

    • Pre-move out inspections must be requested via email a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to your move out date.

    • Pre-move out inspections requested within 2 weeks of the end of a Lease may be approved at the discretion and availability of the management company.

    • You are expected to be present on the last day you possess the apartment for the final move out inspection.

    • If you are unable or choose not to be present for your final move out inspection, all keys must be left in the drawer next to the kitchen sink and the front door to the apartment must be left unlocked.

    • We recommend cleaning the insides of all your appliances, including the washing machine and dryer. 

    • We recommend wiping down all doors/walls/baseboards/surfaces to remove food remnants/dirt/dust.

    • All items including trash must be removed from the apartment prior to completing the final move out inspection.

    • Get the carpets professionally cleaned by Tri City Carpet Cleaning: Rick (518) 253-1613

    • Notify management of any damages or malfunctioning appliances, lights, thermostat, etc.

    • Please set the fan to auto and set the thermostat.

      Cold weather- Heat at 65 degrees

      Warm weather- AC at 75 degrees

    • DO NOT TURN OFF HEAT OR AC. DO NOT TURN OFF THE CIRCUIT BREAKER.

      If heat/ac or circuit breaker is left off, tenant will be held liable for any and all damage int he unit as a result.

    • Don’t forget to close your account with National Grid- ending on the day of your final move out inspection.

    • The pre-installed wi-fi router is to remain in the apartment. Do not disconnect or unplug the router.

    • Tenants are responsible to return any equipment that did not physically come with the apartment.

      Charges resulting from the non-return of any equipment to any service provider will be the sole responsibility of the tenant.

    • Please provide the address at which you would like to receive your security deposit refund.

    • Ensure that you notify the post office of your change of address and update your address for all purchases, websites, and subscriptions.

    • The property management company is not liable for packages delivered after the end of your Lease.

    FULL CLEANING CHARGES:

    1 Bed: $350 plus any disposal fees incurred

    2 Bed: $450 plus any disposal fees incurred

    3 Bed: $550 plus any disposal fees incurred
